The investigation continues. Various news outlets and investigative forums, The FBI, The DOJ, etc, continue their 24 hour non-stop investigation into President Donald Trump and his various ties to Russia. Everyday, new information is uncovered tying several known Trump allies to Russian intelligence, in a fashion that forces people to believe that Russia aided Trump in acquiring the 2016 election.
There is now concrete evidence that there were multiple lines of communications before, and during Trump’s election.
The News has proven it.
But, Russia, and their massive military and nuclear arsenal should act as no real threat to the USA. Weapons will be built, but I believe that the two world powers will never want to fight.
After September 11, 2001, President George W. Bush looked toward Vladimir Putin and Russia for military assistance. Prior to then, despite the turmoil between the two nations, there has always been a stance that one country plausibly intercedes the other’s dire plans of land grabbing. But, is that today’s problem?
Alliances have been forged around the entire world, and The USA has many. Russia, too, has variances alliances. The depiction of espionage and treason painted across American News channels cannot over-score the importance of the strength of the two Nations, and some day the imagery of peace and diplomacy may dry-out the non-stop discussion of how Russia has so much influence of American politics. It may be the their influence is everlasting, and that there are various deep ties between politicians and Russian diplomats that we’ll never be able to truly eradicate. Perhaps, even, the two nations will some day form an alliance of sorts.
Of course, a recent disagreement on nuclear missile range testing has ended a decades long nuclear treaty between The USA and Russia, signaling the era of a new age of weapon’s advancement, war mongering and induced fear injected into civilizations because of both nation’s desire to not allow their armor to be undone. The point being, nuclear arms are now going to be upped and ante, and there is nothing it appears no one can do about that.
Perhaps a Democrat can create a new outlook for The American Dream, revitalizing what Donald Trump literally declared as dead. Or maybe there truly is invasion, of Mexicans, or other foreign forces to come, and the only thing to stop it is a 2,000 mile long border wall and the development of another Military Branch: The Space Force.
What truly is Russia to the United States of America? Trump so vehemently argued that The 44th President of The United States, Barrack H. Obama, was not a real American. Are we wrong for saying Russia helped Donald Trump get elected?
Probably not. Though, I do believe that there is too much simply uncovered at this time.
The obvious answer is very strong. Hundreds of billions of dollars is now spent annually on America’s Defense. The United States Army is as strong as ever, and every other branch appears to exist without much flaw. As a matter of fact, one can conduct a bit of research and decipher that often times, too much is spent on the Department of Defense. Whirlwind headlines of Navy coffee mugs costing thousands of dollars can be a prime example of a Nation’s military with a budget that appears to have no end.
So my question is, with a military spread all over the entire world and allies spanning every continent, why has The President declared a State of Emergency?
The U.S. Government was recently Shut down for over 31 days, the longest recorded government shutdown in recorded history. With a military so strong, in a robust and prosperous Capitalist society, a shutdown is now the tail end to what appears to be a declaration of an emerging crisis.
In recent month’s time, there were reports of an invasion along the southern border, an actual cry from the President which has led him to orchestrate a campaign of border defense. His campaign includes most importantly, a 2000 mile long border wall between The U.S. and Mexico. Without rehashing the terrible war of words President Trump has had with others over this wall, it is easy to understand that he was incapable of acquiring the funds necessary to complete his campaign promise of building a massive border wall.
This, only days after a month long Government Shutdown, and after only acquiring 1 billion dollars of the 30+ or so billion dollars needed for his project, The President has now issued a State of Emergency.
How long does this remain in effect? Who does it effect? Are we as weak as he perceives? What is to come?
Perhaps the most important question may be, are we going to be invaded?
What a world of conspiracy. This is no Russian folk tale.
Donald Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to lying about his involvement with Russia, giving tremendous detail into Trump’s business dealings. Trump consistently refuted the notion that he had any previous deals with anyone in Russia, but revelations from Cohen’s testimony to the FBI proves that he had in fact been in negotiations with Russia about a hotel as early as 2015. The master suite of the hotel would have allegedly been granted to Russian President, Vladimir Putin.
MSNBC’s Chris Hayes discusses the plausible argument Donald Trump has been compromised.
If these revelations are true, all of which are a part of Robert Mueller’s FBI investigation into Trump’s financial ties with Russia, it would prove in various ways that Donald Trump could be compromised by Russia, and also that information may be withheld from Trump that could significantly damage his reputation.
Perhaps we now know why Donald Trump didn’t want anyone to know he has conducted business in Russia.
The United States of America and The Union of Soviet Socialists Republics (USSR) were nations who had known the effects of war. They both were participants of WWII, and both of their military might combined, coupled with the efforts of various other nations, helped to take down the axis powers and defeat Nazism from taking over Europe. What sprung from WWII was another test of might, one that would last decades up until December 5th, 1994, a war The USA and Russia will always be known for. The Cold War. This decades long display of nuclear power created an instability in the world, and although neither country formally attacked the other, the threat of nuclear war greatly loomed over both nations. Today, both the USA and Russia are a part of a Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, also known as S.T.A.R.T., which ultimately led to an armistice between the two powerful nations which led to the end of the Cold War.
It appears things may soon change.
A call to the end of the armistice between Russia and The USA appears to be President Trump’s latest battle cry, and it comes in the wake of many other events taking place in the political spectrum. Russia has been accused of meddling in the 2016 Presidential election by The Democrats and other government officials, and while many republican officials refuted the notion, to include President Trump, now President Trump himself is accusing Russia of attempting to interfere with the 2018 midterm elections.
At this point, it is tough to understand what will come next. A pullout from this armistice with Russia, because they are indeed testing long range nuclear missiles, may perhaps ultimately mean that The USA will now continue to embark on tests as well. It wasn’t too long ago that world leaders were arguing for an end to nuclear weapons altogether (this argument still exists), but this latest move by President Trump may be an inadvertent show of strength. Perhaps before his time is up as President, he will enact an agenda to institute more nuclear armament testing, unlike the world has ever seen before. One thing is true, and it is that President Trump does not like to be outdone. He likes his stuff bigger, and he likes his stuff better.
We may be witnessing the start of a new nuclear arms race.
