These articles of impeachment will forever remain in history. President Trump will forever have on his track record these two monolithic articles. The Democrats in unity proved that The President’s actions are never to supersede the needs and the goals of America. Yet however historical this may be, for the President to be removed, 2/3 of the Senate would have to vote in Favor.
The Republicans have 53 seats in The Senate, while the Democrats have 45. There are 2 Independents. 100 seats in total.
For these articles to successfully move through the Senate, they would both need votes totaling 2/3 of this current Senate, meaning several Republicans would have to vote in favor. But will this happen? Will Republicans look onward without any disdain for the President, or might some look beyond political affiliation and hold the President accountable for abuse of his awesome power?
The fact that Speak of The House Nancy Pelosi is considering holding the two articles in The House, this may come down to the Democrats letting the impact of the articles directly affect Trump’s re-election odds as opposed to taking it any further. It may be in fact that they fear a lack of Republican support, and that they would rather let historians study the ramifications and the significance of these articles against President Trump.
Trump, despite his own superego has already been deeply affected. He knew this was coming, but until it happened he didn’t know how. He almost lacks the ability to significantly care, and it is certain that Democrats fear of the damage possible if Republicans follow Trump blindly.
Because where is Trump going? He knows he won’t be our last President, right?

Well, it sort of happened. Right?
Donald Trump was elected. He squarely beat Hillary Clinton according to the electoral college. But Clinton amassed Trump in the popular vote.
By 3 Million votes. That is a lot.
And the American People were not happy with his victory. So they acted. They protested his victory. They rallied across the nation, forming marches that took place in some of America’s most prominent cities, like Philadelphia. While not a representation of the entire nation, these movements across the U.S. showed the incumbent president Donald Trump that not every American would agree with his policies. And the progressives rallied.
Backed by constitutional rights, the U.S. liberal media circuit daily undercuts the president’s efforts and president Trump himself routinely lambastes private American citizens and other world figures through Twitter, his political speeches and rallies.
The U.S.A. is not wholly in favor of Donald Trump, and it is visible and televised. There is opposition.
Of course there always has been opposition to the president of The United States. It is our inherited rights now as citizen to choose our own political alliances. But the public display of disapproval toward president Trump has transformed into a political inquiry derived from so many other investigations and accusations. President Trump now faces impeachment.
Democrats, if you are serious about this then you need a revolution.
You need to unify without at once forgetting the constitution. You need to do what is right for the American people, and not just the world. Social issues matter. Existence matters. Rights matter. Time, is a factor.
We do not have forever and in a world of fighting and dividing, time is precious.
It is time for society to transform. To adapt to new policies that make life cheaper. Sustainable living where everyone is provided a home. Healthcare at all times. Educational options where the burden of debt does not distort, nor limit your ability to find happiness and success. More so maybe even a world where we accept that not everyone is a winner. Winning is a powerful, yet loaded term. It makes it so that there are losers everywhere, but it isn’t so.
We are One, so let us unify and lift those up that need it most.

As summer approaches, you might look at yourself in the mirror and feel the sudden desire to get lean. I am sure you look fine the way you are, but there is nothing wrong with wanting to make a few quick adjustments right before the start of summer. With just two months to go, there are plenty of exercises and activities you could partake in to lose a few pounds, and get more lean. Along with dieting and drinking more water, try some of these out over the next two months.
RUNNING
Running is a great cardio-vascular activity. Going for a light run every other day over the next few weeks can lead to weight loss, and it can help boost your confidence and self-esteem. Going for runs helps to burn excess fat that your body stores, and it also get your heart rate up, allowing the flow of blood to move faster burning more energy throughout your body. Running would be my number one recommendation for trying to lose just a few pounds over the next two months.
SAUNA
A lot of people say that saunas do not help you lose weight, but they induce sweating, which is a major part of exercising. Sitting in the sauna for 10 minutes a day helps the body detoxify, eliminating toxins or other things you may want to get rid of. With the addition of excessive sweating, it is a great way to end a workout at a gym. If you have a gym membership with a sauna, try sitting inside for 5-10 minutes after every workout. I guarantee it will expedite your results.
PLANKS
Planks are great for strengthening and tightening the mid-section of your body. Holding a plank for a few seconds can be difficult for someone who has never done it before, but when you can plank for two minutes at a time, you start to recognize a difference in your torso. Try doing planks for as long as you can on a daily basis, and after you have built a tolerance to holding the plank, rotate between planks and other abdominal exercises to really target your mid-section.
8 MINUTE ABS
One of the amazing things about the internet is that you can almost find anything online. One nifty thing I can across was a workout program on Youtube called 8 Minute Abs. This program is great for beginners, and those who workout a lot (like me). The first video, which I will provide a link for, is for those just getting started off. The video series does include other exercises, so if you feel you have advanced past the first video, do definitely try out the others.
FULL BODY DETOXIFICATION
Detoxing helps to remove stuff from the body that adds extra weight. Switching to an all herbal tea diet, or only drinking fruit smoothies for two weeks can help to eliminate excess fat that the body stores from cosuming high caloric foods, or other foods that are high in sugar and carbohydrates. There are several ways to detox your body. You can purchase supplements to help you detox, but the best way to get started is to drink plenty of water, reduce sugar/salt intake, and exercise. Doing those things first will quickly help the body to detoxify itself of anything that it does not need. Other things you can do include eating more fiber and eating foods rich in antioxidants.
REDUCE CALORIE INTAKE!
Counting calories is great. I would say this is the #1 reason people put on too much weight. The average amount of calories recommended for a woman to lose weight is 1500 calories, and the average amount of calories recommended for a man is 2000 calories. First, you have to watch what you eat. In today’s society, calories add up quick. Eliminate fast food, processed foods and soda altogether. Once you do that, begin counting you calories. For men, try to intake anywhere from 1500-1800 calories, just 200 calories shy of what is recommended. For women, try to consume 1100-1300 calories a day, also 200 calories shy of what is recommended. Going into a caloric deficit forces the body to start burning muscle, and fat. Calorie reduction is the best, and most efficient way to lose weight. Start today!
Obtaining your ideal figure isn’t difficult. For some of us, it is going to take a bit longer than two months, but that doesn’t meant don’t start now! Try out everything I have listed above, and I promise you that you’ll see results that you love. There is no need is feeling bad about your physique. Take matters into your own hands, and lose the weight. It is easy, and after a while, very fun to do. After you’ve lost weight, let me know about your results!
Life is can be tough at times.
We encounter problems on a daily basis. Late on rent. Overweight. Relationship problems.
We all face adversity.
But in those moments, don’t lose hope in yourself. Don’t let your thoughts lock you up.
Don’t overthink things.
Stay inspired. Stay motivated. Stay focused on your goals. This is not the end. There is so much to life, than just that one moment that has you down. Always look toward the brighter picture.
By embracing optimism, you start the path toward success. While on that path, don’t be afraid to acknowledge that problems will yet again arise.
They will.
They always do. But in the face of adversity, don’t forget how strong you are. You are capable of so much more than you will ever be able to conceive. You have a spark within you, and that spark can influence not just your strength, but the strength inside everyone around you.
So when you feel down, or depress, or hopeless, look within yourself and tap into your spark. You are the change that the world needs, and you are very capable. Never give up.
Stay inspired!
Sometimes forces in the world can be overwhelming. We find ourselves second guessing ourselves, doubting our abilities and losing faith in our beliefs. In those trying moments, it is important to remain positive, and to stay positive.
Here’s a few things you can do to help stay positive.
1. MEDITATION
Meditation is amazing. It helps to create positive energy in your world, and teaches you how to reinforce the balance you’ve had in your life. 10-15 minutes of meditation a day can have lasting effects on your self-esteem and spirituality.
2. RUNNING
Running helps the mind release endorphins that help to counter stress. Going for a run a few times a week is a great way to reinforce positivity, and is also very healthy for the body.
3. SMILE
Smile more. It seems simple, because it is simple. Regardless of the circumstances, smile. It takes very little effort to smile, and the benefit is instant gratification.
4. BE KIND
Being kind is a great way to reinforce positive vibes in your life. Giving to the needy, volunteering at a shelter or donating clothes to Goodwill are all great ways to be kind. Even holding the door open for someone, as a courtesy, will go a long way.
5. THINK POSITIVE
Think positive, and put a barrier around your negative thoughts. When you find yourself feeling helpless, train your mind to think about positive places, positive people, and overall positive things. Your mind has a lot of information, and not all of it is bad. Pull out the good stuff, and keep doing it.
6. GET PROPER AMOUNT OF SLEEP
Getting the proper amount of sleep can be very important. Some people find themselves overworked, and they eventually burn out. Reevaluate your sleep schedule, and make sure that you get enough daily sleep. After a few days, you’ll find yourself much more positive.
7. TAKE A BREAK FROM SOCIAL MEDIA
It is easy to get swallowed into to social media, and sometimes that can have very negative effects. Take a break. Put down your cellphone, close your laptop and go for a walk. Go to bookstore and check out some new novels. Go try a new entree at your favorite restaurant. There are countless things to do, and social media isn’t going anywhere.
1. Start investing. There is plenty of money to be made. Everywhere. Discover ways to invest. Smart investing can be used as forms of income, and can be the fast-track way toward retirement.
2. Exercise. Get outside and move around. Go running, go walking, and explore. Daily exercise helps our bodies and promotes healthier existence.
3. Love yourself. Don’t let negativity in the world bring you down. Buy something that makes you happy. Treat yourself. Give your mind, body and soul the positive energy they need for you to feel happier and more accomplished.
4. Start eating healthy. Healthy eating is directly linked to a happier lifestyle. Choosing to eat healthy can help to lose weight, and certain foods help our brains be more productive.
5. Network. Meet new people and exchange ideas. Networking can open the door to new and exciting adventures, investments and lifestyles. Meeting new people helps us exercise our skills, and also shows us ways to improve our lifestyles.
Tel Aviv, Israel — New Israeli laws regarding cannabis decriminalize possession of the plant and its buds. In accordance of the new laws, the possession of a home grown marijuana plant is no longer punishable by law. Civilians found to be carrying small amounts of cannabis in public without medical authorization will now face fines rather than be subjected to criminal proceedings.
Israel decriminalized adult use on April 1. On the same day, former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak was a keynote speaker at the fourth annual CannaTech conference in Tel Aviv.
Barak, who incidentally is currently chairman of the Israeli medical cannabis company Canndoc/Intercure, spoke about the benefits of medical marijuana, quipping that Israel is updating its motto, becoming “the land of milk, honey and cannabis.”
The former prime minister’s involvement highlights yet another career politician who has made the shift from cannabis prohibitionist to proponent ala Former U.S. Speaker of the House, John Boehner. Barak lends his voice to the significant global chorus of former government leaders, Such as Mexico’s former president Vicente Fox, who are calling for a change in perception of how the world currently views cannabis.
“Some 35 countries have already legalized cannabis to a certain extent, either for medical or sometimes even recreational use,” Barak said during his keynote. “Two-thirds of U.S. states have approved medical cannabis; one-third [have approved] recreational use.”
With the typical alpha-male machoness one expects from a decorated former member of the military, Barak asserts, “The future of cannabis belongs to the bigger, faster and more assertive players which will enter directly into the markets.”
The Israeli Parliament (the “Knesset”), passed the 16th amendment to Dangerous Drugs Ordinance on December 25, of last year, that concerns the governance and regulatory aspects of exporting medical cannabis from Israel. Subsequently, Israel is poised to be a top-earning, global hub in the marijuana market.
The Israeli cannabis industry is already among the “more assertive players”, with companies like Tikun Olam —Hebrew for “repair the world”— at the forefront, with a 40% market share.
“If one is to look at a county that is at the forefront of the cannabis industry, they need to consider Israel at the top of their list. From the early discoveries from Dr. Mechoulam to the significant work in identifying the endocannabinoid system, Israel has been leading the path for some of the most significant advancements in cannabis science. As the first nation to legalize medical cannabis over a decade ago, Israel has allowed companies like Tikun Olam, as well as medical, research and educational institutions, to undertake the groundbreaking research that has created the basis for some of the advancements in this fast-growing industry,” said Stephen Gardner, Chief Marketing Officer of Tikun Olam, USA.
Meanwhile, according to Israel’s Ministry of Health, over 550 farms have submitted requests for licenses to grow medical cannabis in anticipation of new guidelines that will allow more Israeli patients to purchase pot at pharmacies with a prescription from a physician. Medical marijuana is currently available to patients who suffer from Parkinson’s, epilepsy, cancer and other terminal illnesses.
The new laws were delayed past the initial roll out on April 1, but are expected to go into effect, imminently.
