And the roses were in bloom.
And everything was now of a magical creation.
But was it real? Could it be?
Was it the massive feeling of everything happening at once?
Or was it a dream?
How real could one feeling be?
To walk amongst with everything that’s everything that’s real,
to feel the essence magnified and amplified to see,
To grow again. To come again, to trace the simpliest feeling.
TO understand the feeling, it grows so much Beyonder.
In a dream, casted out to dispell, just a world of another realm.
The game of all games.
The Passion of the distance.
The Mercy, of the Christ.
Everything becomes absolute in time, as it dissolves into matter and escalates a Rhythm beyond the end of games.
THe best of dreams.
The Best of All.
The Washington Post has reported that senior officials in The White House have denied Jared Kusher’s security clearance.
The United States of America has a problem, and the problem is gun violence. Decades of senseless gun deaths now plague The United States, and almost no one has done anything about in. In Congress, representatives try to hold logical and sensible debates and discussions about the topic, but to no avail. They fall short, because they fail to capitalize on what the second amendment, our right to bear arms, truly means.
The Second Amendment is now a constitutional law with too many interpretations. The amendment reads, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”. Within the fine-print of the law, it clearly states that those, and only those in support of the amendment, may carry and utilize a firearm. Though this law was written over a century ago, in today’s world it has been manipulated in its interpretation to further boast arms and weapons sales. Today, across the United States, any American now has the legal right to walk into a store and purchase how many firearms and ammunition they so please. To maintain their status to do so, they have to be registered within their state, and not do anything illegal enough for them to lose their rights to arm themselves. While some states make registration hard (with tough background checks and other procedures), some states make it easy enough to walk into a store without being registered, and registering right there on the spot.
So while purchasing weapons in every American’s now inherited right, is it actually legal? Clearly, the states and municipalities ultimately enforce the laws, but the second amendment clearly states that weapon bearers are for the military, and any supporting militia. Supporting militias include security guards, police officers, troopers, and of course, the National Guard. That being said, why is it so easy for Americans to purchase firearms? It is because it is a great business for the United States.
In 2017 it is reported that 39,773 died as the result of gun violence. The pattern did not change for the year 2018, and very notables persons have died this year to gun violence. One of those people were Nipsey Hussle, a Los Angeles based hip-hop artist who died of an apparent homicide March 31st, 2019 as the result of gun violence. Another person was shot and killed that same day. The son of one of Philadelphia’s high ranking police officers found out that Sunday that his child was killed as a result of gun violence.
So when, and where will this senseless violence end? Will the people’s representative begin to enforce the second amendment as it should be, or will they continue to allow every countryman and woman bear weapons to their heart’s content? Our culture now embraces gun violence, in music, television and radio. It is all around us, and businesses make billions from it every year. The Military Industrial Complex also makes billions every year off of weapons sales. It is rich within our society, and enforcing the second amendment as it should be, limiting firearms to only the military and supported militias, is the only way to end this senseless gun violence.
I am afraid there may be no other way, and it must happen. So many lives have been taken, and so many more will go because of senseless gun violence.
As allegations of Russian collusion die down for The President, the political spectrum of News corporations and other agencies begin to shift their focus onto the potential candidates for the election of 2020. While not a single Republican, to the best of my knowledge, has pledged his/her desire to run for President, over a dozen Democrats have begun their campaigns to become the 46th President of The United States. Many of the candidates are popular politicians, riding the wave of their already inherited cable news air-wave time. Elected officials such as Kamala Harris and Cory Booker are two viable candidates, who have inherited enough on-screen time with agencies such as CNN and MSNBC to to appear as front runners for what is to be a very long race.
There are several other candidates that fit the mold of Ms. Harris and Mr. Booker, such as former Vice President Joe Biden, a man currently toted as a the potential favorite to nab the party’s nomination, although it is unclear as to whether or not he will decide to run. Rumors have also floated around that Biden would perform well if he picked Stacy Abrams, a well spoken woman from Georgia, as his running mate. Some believe a move like that would be costly, as the race is just beginning, but it goes to show that the gossip wheel is churning fast, as many people in news and political line-ups are overall fed-up with Donald Trump, and would rather float around the ideas of his replacements, as opposed to have to talk about him anymore.
Candidate Bernie Sanders, of Vermont, continues his stance for socialism. He argues for higher wages, and an overall better system of living for every American. Republicans will probably never grasp socialism, and most democrats probably think indifferently about it either, but the concept isn’t with support. Andrew Yang, an American entrepreneur, backs the concept of universal income. He believes, such as Bernie Sanders, that American citizens would benefit from a monthly stipend, along with another lariat of benefits to ensure that the American way of life is not completely disturbed due to the ever changing shift of the American workforce.
All and all, there will probably be between 8 to 10 candidates debating to vie with the American people, why they believe they should be President. I’ll be excited to see Hawaii Representative Tulsi Gabbard debate, as I am currently most sold on her notion that it is time for The USA to stop enforcing regime changes on foreign nations.
As it stands, there will be a lot of new, energized and motivated voices representing various peoples to run for President. Each Democrat will have a plan, and it will be up to the American people to decide who moves forward to challenge Donald Trump, and which ever Republicans decide to run. The list of Republicans running for President has yet to accumulate, but in 2015 there were upwards of 15 candidates on the Republican debate stage, so I expect there will be plenty to choose from this time around as well.
The prospects appear rather great.
For what it is worth, and I am sure it is worth more than words can summarize, The Grand Old Party, formally known as The Republican Party, is truly the party of Abraham Lincoln. He was elected in 1860, and a quick one phrase summary of his Presidency would say with grand resolute, that he helped to defeat the Confederates, and he paved the ultimate pathway to free the slaves.
Always and forever will the Grand Old Party be the party of Abraham Lincoln.
I myself have been a Democrat most of my life. I am, because I believe my family members are, and more so because of my upbringing, it always felt as though that party was the one that had the greater influence on me and my surrounding society. I am an African-American, and I grew up in an urban environment, so like most in those environments, I registered to vote as a Democrat. Luckily enough I even got to witness, the first time around, an actual black man being elected President of The United States of America.
It was monolithic moment, and a true testament to just how far this great nation has come. But regardless of how important of a moment it was, it still doesn’t change what I said. The Republican Party, The Grand Old Party, is still the party of Abraham Lincoln. What Lincoln did for this country, is perhaps as important as any great deed ever done by any man in this nation, and yes, that ought to include George Washington, and all of the founding fathers.
The Emancipation Proclamation effectively acted as legislation that denounced slavery, opening the gateway for many enslaved Africans to gain their citizenship, and fight against the Confederates, and although this act could in no way remove the hundreds of years of injustice The USA and other nations had inflicted upon those slaves, it did essentially help out every African in the long run.
Thanks to the courage of a man like Abraham Lincoln, my ancestors and those I stand amongst now have more of what we call, freedom.
I say all of this, as a reminder to myself, and to any readers that I may have, that regardless of what side of the political aisle you may stand on, don’t let our currently leadership force you into believing one party stands supreme over the other. Regardless of the media backlash against Donald Trump, our current President, I do feel deeply within me that he not only stands for good, but for the safety, aid and security of all citizens in the USA, and not just the wealthy. I do not believe that he has a chance as becoming as great a man as Abraham Lincoln, for the emancipation proclamation did as much justice as writing the country into existence, but that does not mean we are all to write him off for his own personal troubles and gaffes. The man has a purpose, and is to serve the nation. Don’t let his ego get the best of you, for I am sure there are perhaps enormous characters flaws in every former President.
We ought to hold him to the same standard as Lincoln, and in this moment, this is where I will begin to do so. I’ll say again, I doubt that he can do anything for society as great as what Lincoln did, but he has a way of saying he is amongst the best. Remember, always remember that The Grand Old Party is the party of Abraham Lincoln.
I’ll describe how I believe it works, or at least should work, rather briefly.
First, and foremost, for it to help everyone in the United States of America, every American citizen should benefit. Regardless. The only people who should be exempt are prisoners.
A monthly stipend is to be issued to every American citizen. It should be given in conjunction with our pay from work. An income bracket will outline what the recipient’s stipend will be.
Taxes are not reduced. Taxes increase.
A tax is created for healthcare, allowing healthcare to be free. Free Healthcare includes mandatory assistance for pregnant women, unlimited childcare, and routine semi-annually mandated doctor’s visits for tax paying American citizens. Prescriptions, operations, and other medical expenses are covered with working wage pay, stipend pay, and other allocated payment agreements with the patient and the hospital. The system for procedures would ensure that the patient never accrues too much debt.
The educational system becomes the focus of modern American society. K-12 remains the same while teacher’s wages increase, along with infrastructure funding. It becomes America’s leading industry. Colleges ought to, at this time, create agreements with states to begin offering free college education to qualifying citizens. Private Universities probably remain the same. Collegiate level institutions are created (hopefully many of them are privatized, created by companies such as Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Walmart and others that accrue vast amounts of wealth) to ease the strain on other Universities.
Obviously, War is still the issue. Socialism would destabilize The United States of America. We spend an obnoxious amount of money on modern warfare as it stands, so we would have to become a Nation of Peace, that adheres to The Constitution. Thus, we maintain our military, and our militias, if you may.
For it to be socialism, we shouldn’t care how much it costs. What will matter most is if The American People, as a majority, decide to live off of the benefit of socialism, and not their labor’s worth. It is a system that requires vast selflessness.
There are other obvious works to be installed in this system, and obvious faults that could lead to a Nation’s downfall (especially a Democratic Republic that thrives off of capitalism) but all in all, and oddly so, that is my best description of how a socialist system would play out.
In a powerful display of opposition to President Trump announcing a complete withdrawal of troops from Syria, Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis submitted his letter of resignation. The letter, pictured below, highlights many facets that General Mattis enjoyed while Secretary of Defense, but the letter also plainly States to the President that he does not agree with the decision to withdraw troops from Syria, arguing that the move abandons allies on the battlefield.
Despite the resignation of General Mattis, and what appears to be a bipartisan pushback from both Republicans and Democrats, President Trump remains resilient in his decision to withdraw troops, explaining to the American People that ISIS has been defeated, and that he has been more successful than any President in modern history in defeating ISIS.
Several officials and News outlets have reported that the decision to withdraw troops was not advised by Senior military officials or The Pentagon, and that this is move done largely in part by Donald Trump.
Again, despite pushback from every angle, Trump remains resilient in downsizing the battlefields overseas, with rumors now floating the agenda that The President also intends to withdraw as many as 9,000 troops from Afghanistan as early as January.
General Mattis served four decades in The United States Marine Corps. He ends his career on a high note, putting countrymen and his allies before self. He will officially depart Trump’s Administration February 2019.
